Our Guarantee To You

We are dedicated to providing high quality services to all our customers. We guarantee to deliver/be accountable for ALL promotional material entrusted to us. On rare occasions it may prove impossible to deliver all of your items. Any such items will be dealt with in the following manner:

• Returned to you
• Retained for marketing purposes – with your consent of course! (We’re dedicated to promoting our clients’ businesses.)
• Used for back checking – This would usually involve fewer than 1/1000 leaflets as our monitors are required to show a copy of your literature to householders in order to verify that your distribution has been properly carried out.

If ever you have cause for concern, simply contact us (no later than 3 days following distribution please) and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
